Are your appliances new?
No, all of our inventory is used and refurbished appliances in good working condition. Appliances might have small cosmetic scratches and dents.

Do you offer warranties with appliances purchased?
Yes, all of our appliances come with a 90 Day Warranty. They have been inspected and tested by our technicians.

What is covered under the 90 Day Warranty?
If the appliance purchased is not working properly within the 90 day warranty period, we will repair it free of charge. If it is not repairable, we will exchange it for another unit of the exact or similar model depending on current inventory.

Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, delivery and installation services are available for a fee depending on location and distance from our store. Local deliveries start at $30 and increase by distance. There is an additional $10 fee for each flight of stairs during a delivery. Please call with your address to receive an exact quote. Refrigerator deliveries start at $100.

Do you haul away old appliances?
Yes, we can haul away your old appliances during delivery of your new appliances.

Do you buy appliances from customers?
No, we do not accept appliances from customers for cash, credit or trade-ins.
